Self-service collection & return

The self-service location is a secured space where reserved rental bicycles can be collected and returned without a member of staff present.

Access hours

Please note: these are the access hours of the self-service location. This does not mean a member of staff is present.

Collecting with a door code

1. Wait until you have received your personal door code and collection instructions.
2. Go to Stationsstraat 8.
3. Tap the black access box next to the door.
4. Wait until the keypad appears.
5. Enter your personal door code.
6. Open the door and take only the bicycles and accessories of your own reservation.
7. Follow the instructions on the window.
8. Close the door properly behind you.

The door code is created manually. It can therefore take a few hours before you receive it by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp. Also check your spam folder.

Returning the bicycles

1. Come to Stationsstraat 8 before the end of the applicable access hours.
2. Hold the blue key fob on the bicycle key in front of the black box.
3. Did you receive a door code? Then you can also tap the box and enter your code.
4. Put the bicycles and accessories, complete, in the indicated place.
5. Leave the right key with the right bicycle.
6. Check that you have not left anything behind.
7. Close the door completely.
